The word tantra means liberation and expansion. With meditation we will expand the consciousness and liberate life-energy, prana to flow in our body and become more alive! We use body movement, conscious breathing, awareness and touch to move the energy. We do exercises alone, in a group and with partner. We are not touching the intimate areas. All the partner exercises are done with the same partner. You can come with the partner or alone, if you are ready, in case, to practice with the partner of the same sex. You don't need to know anything about Tantra beforehand and we have the yoga mats, blankets and pillows.
The dates are Saturday 29.8. from 12 to 16:30 and Sunday 30.8. from 12-16:30. We have small breaks and one 30-minute break. We offer some tea and little snack during the break. Of course you can bring your own food, too. The price is 100€/person for the whole weekend and 60€, if you participate only one day. We do different exercises on Saturday and Sunday.
